I have used garnier dandruff shampoo, head %26amp; shoulders, selsun blue, and many other types of shampoo for dandruff. None of them ever worked. They didn't help at all. I have gone through atleast 4 or 5 types of anti-dandruff shampoo in the past 4 months. I still havee dandruff!!! I am so frustrated and I want to know if anyone can help me get rid of my dandruff. I would be so thankful. Pleaseee someone help me,lol. Thanks.I have tried all kinds of dandruff shampoo but I still have dandruff. What can I do to get rid of it?
It might not be dandruff. 2 of my kids have eczema and they have it on their scalp as well as their arms. It looks like dandruff on the scalp but it is just an eczema flare up. I would ask your doctor about it.I have tried all kinds of dandruff shampoo but I still have dandruff. What can I do to get rid of it?
supposedly vinegar can help. I also have had good results using wild root creme oil and slicking my hair back. Leave it in all day the shampoo. The mineral oil and lanolin it it seem to realy help the scalp
Hi, I used to have dandruff, I changed to L'Oreal kids (strawberry) but that was expensive (it worked though) and then I changed to Johnson's baby shampoo cos it was cheaper and it still worked.
Try some lemon juice, message it on ur scalps then leave it for 15 mins then wash it off with a good shampoo.Im sure u ll get the result.
Start by using a natural product in its natural state. Hibiscus leaves seems to do a great job in washing hair without leaving residue. The only thing is you have to strain the leaves. After wards use a sulphur grease to moisturize the scalp.
try using shampoo and a more frequent basis
not saying you dont wash but if you have overlooked frequency of use increase it
you should wash your hair every other day
not just once a month
see my answers about this same question before
last week
Maybe you should stick with one shampoo for like 2 months. Alot of shampoos take more then a week to notice a difference. You can also go to your doctor how can tell you if you have a skin disorder etc..
T-Gel by neutrogena
a lot of people mistake dry skin for dandruff. They look virually the same on the scalp. This may be the case with yours. Try use a moisturizing shampoo, specifically for dry skin, such as Biojoba by Joico. It may just be dry scalp.
Did you try T-Gel? Works pretty good, and if it doesn't help after all the others, I would suggest giving your scalp a good moisturizing....maybe there is more going on than dandruff....often times, due to all the hair products we putin our hair, our scalp becomes dry and the oil glands get clogged, this will make your hair flake and itch too...good luck
stick to one anti dandruff shampoo for a while. Using multiple will only increase your dandruff. If it doesn't get any better - see your doctor. He/she knows what to do.
Well, the theories about dandruff describe it as a fungal infection so the best way to deal with it is to use an anti-fungal shampoo containing ( ketoconazole ) which is widely available. In Addition, other things could help such as the lemon juice, massage and using cold water to wash the hair ( hot water flare dandruff up )
this may take a while to become effective but believe me it WILL work
you might not have dandruff you could have lice.
