Which dandruff shampoo should i use?

I usually use Head N Shoulders and my dandruff went away but when school started it came back.(I have really thick hair and i am in athletics so they make us tie our hair back.)My cuz told me use V5 shampoo but my friends say for me to use Neutrogena T-GEL or selsan blue medicated. Which one should I use for my hair?Which dandruff shampoo should i use?
I use to use Head N shoulders because i had really bad dandruff, it worked and it helped my scalp a lot but the downfall was it made my hair fall out a lot! I dunno if its just me but my hair shouldn't fall out because I'm a teenager so i stopped using it :D But you should do research on other dandruff shampoos i heard neutrogena was a good one. Which dandruff shampoo should i use?
head and shoulders isn't very good!
