i have natural hair not colored


its not bad but sometimes i see some flakes of dandruff

OK the best choice and is the # 1 doctor recommended shampoo for dandruff is (NIZORAL). The second best choice is(NEOTROGENA TGEL). Now for the nizoral you use it twice a week for a month, and just once a week, or once every other week after that to keep dandruff from returning. The Neotrogena TGel you use it at least twice a week. Both of these will do the same thing but the Nizoral is much more potent, I use Nizoral once a week. But Neotrogena TGel is very good also and is dermatologist recommended but not # 1 Doctor recommended for killing the fungus that causes dandruff. And also I need to add you can use your regular shampoo and conditioner during using these dandruff shampoos.
