It all depends on how often you wash your hair.I wash my hair every other day-usually 4 or 5 times a week.I would use the Anti-Dandruff shampoo twice a week, maybe three times if I had too much dandruff.

On dark hair like mine, dandruff is a pain in the butt.
Heads and shoulders, it's worth it's value. Voted as the number one dandruff treatment shampoo in the U.S and Australia. I highly recommend it lol its on a league of it's own. You can use it, everyday or up to every 3-4 day. It does the job either way...buy it you'll never regret it lol....
tea tree shampoos and conditioners are good try them twice a week.

Well i know that this might sound strange but what helped me get rid of dandruff was Dish soap and it doesn't matter what kind but it worked great for me and i have super thick long hair so yea well good luck!!!!
you can get scalp treatments done at most salons, if not you can buy somehting called cholesterol at beauty supply stores and rub it on your scalp yourself. that is fine to use daily. its just like a moisturizer for your scalp.
