How does dandruff shampoo work?

it seems that all it's doing is gluing dandruff to my head. Whenever I use it and then scratch really hard flakes still fall out.How does dandruff shampoo work?

It will clean your scalp. You can use any dandruff shampoo but it will work better if you follow this method. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 6 tablespoons of hot water.Dab with cotton into the scalp,parting the hair with a comb.It should preferably be used at bed time. i use 'burn free' you can buy it at the store in the medical dept where burn ointments are. it eliminates my dandruff and psoriasis. i mix it with my shampoo which is pert.
stop using such shampoos which ruined ur hair ,consult a skin specialist
