No don't use dandruff shampoo! It stinks and that is the good kind! Use a shower cap and olive oil. It may sound gross but it works. Pour olive oil into a shower cap then put your head in it. It really works. Just wash your hair in the morning.
Head and Shoulders works miracles. Even after your dandruff is gone it still is great to use because it works from the scalp up. Think of your hair like watering a plant. You don't water the leaves (hair), you water the roots/stems in the ground (scalp).
