maybe sure u really rinse the conditioner out of ur hair after u wash it
Try using a clarifying shampoo before a dandruff shampoo. Using the same shampoo day after day can create a kind of dandruff that is easily cured by using a clarifying shampoo every three or four days.
well to be honest, shampooing is the first step to treating dandruff. u can't totally get rid of dandruff- it can only be controlled.

dandruff is a natural way of ur scalp shedding dead skin cells and it happens more when u have either stress and anxiety or poor diet, poor hygiene amongst other possible causes of dandruff. it could even be a hormonal imbalance. u should see a dermatologist to rule out medical issues then u can take the problem head on.
Vinegar rinses with rosemary infusions are good. Also, try taking fish oil and evening primrose supplements. They make a huge difference. And, if possible, give up using icky supermarket chemical shampoos and get something organic, or at least chemical free.
really no way..just use head and shoulders...its not that big of a deal. and it smells good.
