Nizoral AD is the only thing (short of a prescription) that has ever worked for me.

If it is really bothering you, you should see a dermatologist. I did, and it really helped ;)Dandruff shampoo?
try Nizoral its expensive but it work wal-wart or target about $15.00 for 8oz

it sound like you may have Seborrhea dermatitis and that what I've had for more that 40 years

I've try the shampoo like the t-gel and others that are hard on your hair

take care
Dandruff simply does not go away. Selsun Blue is the best shampoo that you can buy for dandruff and it comes in a variety of shampoos as well.
You should see a dermatologist. There's a chance you could have something called Seborrheic Dermatitis of the scalp. It causes chronic dandruff. If this is indeed the case, the dermatologist could prescribe a treatment that might be able to help you.
Go get some Nizoral from Wal-mart and you'll be surprised! No it won't go away but this stuff really works great! PS all the rest of the stuff your being told about sucks like selsum blue and head and shoulders!!!

i know that citrus lemon can control dandruff,,but i think you should go to dermatologists,,that;s nice,,
have you not heard of Head and Sholders? Its made especially for dandruff
T-Gel by Nutragena
selsun blue actually does not work.

i had a bad dandruff problem and then i started shampooing more regularly and the problem went away completely.

just try keeping your hair more clean.
You can use any dandruff shampoo but it will work better if you follow this method. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 6 tablespoons of hot water.Dab with cotton into the scalp, parting the hair with a comb.It should preferably be used at bed time. Next morning shampoo the hair. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/
I use Head and Shoulders and it works really well. I also use a tea tree oil shampoo once a week and it works wonders for healing up your scalp. You can find the tea tree oil shampoo at some salons, or possibly an alternative health store.
The '; chunk '; flakes that you're taking off your head aren't meant to be peeled off by your fingers. Sounds ugly, but it's true. What those pieces are is actually your scalp healing. Instead of forcing or scrathing anything off, leave your head alone for a while, and you'll see that those flakes will go away. As for the shampoo, I honestly can't really help you with that. I recommend Head%26amp;Shoulders, I use that, but every shampoo is different for every person.
