You can use any dandruff shampoo but it will work better if you follow this method. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 6 tablespoons of hot water.Dab with cotton into the scalp,parting the hair with a comb.It should preferably be used at bed time. i'd say selson blue, you can use head and shoulders, but it doesn't work as well

I have tried two kind of dandruff shampoo, one is head and shoulders. They both work fine and keep my hair smooth as silk too. I think the main thing is massagibg the skull when shampooing your hair, and don't wash your hair everyday if you don't have to .

I wanted to list this for your reference. First, Selson Blue works very well and there are scripts that you can get for stronger shampoos. However, if you have a very tight budget or are in a pinch, using the regular Listerine - the amber color - works very well. Before Listerine had all the flavorings, its use as a dandruff treatment was listed on the bottle. It was right on the label under ';Directions for Use';. It does dry your hair though and you will need some conditioner afterwards. It cleared up my dandruff several times in only two days. It also works well for cleaning cuts and bruises. Can't use the flavored stuff, only the amber. And then you'll need your conditioner afterwards to put the moisture back in your hair.

But make sure taht u only use the anti- dandruff shampoo for the period of time taht u ahve dandruff, as teh are extremely drying, so then they will strip ur hair of its oils. That happens to my clients a lot, and i tell them to use a moisturising shampoo afterwards, and condition lots!! good luck hun!! xoxox
