its really embarrising. i wake up and theres flakes in my pillow. i go to school and i can see the flakes falling. i want to die, how long do i keep it in for? the bottle says several minutes but that seems long. also, do i only use it a couple times a week or do i use it every day?How Long do you keep dandruff shampoo in for?
Really, no time at all. Make sure that when you shampoo you are very aggressive in massaging your scalp, once you have shampooed, really, just rinse it out. Your best bet is to shampoo it twice, and shampoo everyday. Go for a dandruff conditioner as well.
